There is borderline anime child porn in global. Much is not marked sensitive. This makes us look really bad to new users imo.

I think global feeds should be more of a hidden/advanced feature if we are going to have them at all.

Which we probably shouldn't have either, there are better ways to do discovery...

Would be handled very easily, your client only queries notes from npubs you select or are related in some way, ie follows of follows

I only run 15+ relays but yeah what do I know
