The US is coming out of a accumulation period according to that chart. It just made a higher low testing the previously established support. Crazy bullish. Ideal time to take a position. You can see similar set up on early tesla. Common but powerful.

China looks unsustainable and could re-trace quite a bit, if it turns out to be a blow off top but not yet a sell.

Europe, you should already be out or short...

Just positioning, the chinese are prone to malinvestment. Power generation could be another example.

You'd be hard pressed to find a positive stat on the european union.

The US is not starting from zero and they're still might be just enough space for the outliers to build.
