GM Dan and thank you! If we're talking about baking, I have a few "basic" recipes for few types of dough and rest is just creativity. I test different flavour combinations or see what is currently available. Occasionally I'll see a cool recipe on the internet and then try it.
I wish, i can cook but canβt bake, especially changing up recipes. Well done. If you ever need an extra boost watch top chef they all fight to not make dessert

π peach cobbler kind of?
Not really. These are yeast buns, filled with fresh cheese and on top of that I put peach slices and sprinkled with crumble.
