As someone who has crohn's disease for 15 years, don't fall for these stupid Diets, each and every one of them is bullshit. Don't buy off stores but buy from local farmers ( cheaper and no additives), this is how i became stable the last 10 years

There's many different ways to lose weight. A big issue is that people want instant results, rather than accepting "this might take a year". (as it did with me)
