I have been reading up on red light therapy. Looks to be very beneficial for the metabolism. How long have you been using? Do you see any benefit?
hmm to be honest, i haven’t taken any notes on before or after beginning to use red light, but i live in a cloudy city, and i haven’t felt the effects of the cloudiness, and it might be bc i usually spend my nights and mornings in red light. it’s pretty warming as well, so if it’s cold, it feels great. i truly do feel like im basking in the sun in the morning, and at night, the light is so tender compared to regular lights. so maybe yes, i feel its benefits.
