Leash your dog in public. It’s the law here in Canada. Unleashed dogs in public should be taken from the owner for abuse. I have seen so many unleashed dogs run up on people and into traffic. It’s your responsibility if something happens to your unleashed dog or someone is injured. Take them to a dog park or don’t get a dog if you won’t be appropriate.
