To those of you missing loved ones

You miss their face

You miss their voice

You miss conversing with them

You miss petting them, being with them (if it’s an animal)

I know, I do too. I miss so many people and I miss my dog

But they aren’t gone. We only believe they are gone because we’ve decided to attach meaning to the parts of them that decay, rather than the part of them that is infinite. Energy can neither be created NOR DESTROYED.

Close your eyes.. don’t think of their face, don’t think of their voice, think of the part of them that gave them life.

Imagine a ball of light in your chest. Imagine that everyone you’ve ever loved has the same ball of light in their chest. Imagine exchanging a cube of light with everyone you’ve ever loved… because you have.. you have shared energy. Your energy recognizes theirs. They are within you. Stop resisting because your human mind tells you it isn’t so. Life is irrational, existence is irrational. Stop viewing it from a solely rational standpoint. Feel them.. feel the being beyond their physical body. They are you, you are them. All is well.

Death is an illusion.

Separation is an illusion.

We are one.
