I’m in Japan and there’s quite a bit of customization that can go into any model they show you. They even say so. But the things they show are always static and boring. You can go see some model homes or get a 3d tour even but none of it would leave an impression on me as being able to change everything I see - from the model furniture to more than a handful of color or material options. You can see all of it but usually no in any interactive way.
