Torrents (or at least magnet links) would be a handy addition to the protocol. I can imagine trackers running dedicated relays to advertise new torrents, and perhaps for aging torrents that need additional seeders.

I could imagine most of these tracker sites would fear missing out on add revenge. But your core idea is great!
