I didn't want to assume. I haven't had any home-canned greenbeans.
I made some organic ones and they still are mush. Probably pickeling them in brine with lactofermentation is the only way to keep them crisp, but then they taste like pickle beans.
That doesn't sound too bad. Pickle beans. You should market that. Sell them on Nostr.
