Anybody has access to Mempool.space #bitcoin transaction accelerator?

There is a button on each unconfirmed transaction, when you click you get a price but then you must login, if you get an account and login it says you are on waiting list.

Is it legit? Is it accessible to some people only? Who? Or to no one yet?
