Have you ever tried a contrast of hot bath and then go outside(still wet, maybe shorts on)?

I totally relate to living in a cold area. I try to limit my cold exposure in winter so I'm not getting sick.

Not yet. I have a friend in Finland who has invited me to try the sauna to hole in a frozen lake back to sauna thing.

Controlled cold exposure increases online response, meaning you will likely get sick less.

Totally. Personally I have gotten sick from it so I'm just working with what works for me personally.

That sauna sounds cool!

It will be really cold...

And do what you need to do to stay healthy!

I believe the cold exposure directly causing sickness may be old science or one of many other variables at play. Obviously it is still prudent to avoid hypothermia.

My main intent is to raise dopamine, and encourage efficient mitochondrial processes. Here’s a great scientific resource if interested: https://www.hubermanlab.com/newsletter/the-science-and-use-of-cold-exposure-for-health-and-performance

Not in that combination, but I have a long hair and it doesn't appreciate being semi-dry and then insta-frozen lol

It helps though!! Hahaha
