If btc holders are able to be 6102’d in 2025 then it stands to reason that they don’t really understand bitcoin fundamentals.
Just because the gov can't *literally* steal your BTC doesn't mean they can't throw you in jail, fine you in fiat and make your life hell until you do what they say.
Are the Bitcoins in self custody or not?
Do you know what happened during 6102?
Or are you just fear mongering?
