What if I wanna stream from a PC. The powerful laptop is just the server.

I'm playing with owncast and tailscale.

Pretty simple. Only the routing my local-ip to tailscale domain is a problem. Streamin with obs with own owncast works. easy setup.

You can self-host with Owncast or, if you hou're keen, you can deploy zap.stream core.

For the latter, you could even share that endpoint and charge for the data usage.

I self host an SRS which has a one click Docker install. You will need to expose the port but otherwise very very easy
