Bro, last year I had a small amount of 90% dark chocolate and got constipated. Eating fiber on carnivore diet is a bad idea. 😂

uh , i can't live without 90% ( less than 70 i don't consider it chocolate at all )

once in a while some pices of 90 are just amazing.

I usually tend to put cocoa in espresso instead of sugar 😂
