Could be a relay issue? Are any down that you’re connected to?

You have a lot of relays so it takes time to load up eliminate some relays.

It may be because the relay was deactivated or because those accounts were deleted in some event.

you can easily restore following/follower list on Nostrgram. I had to do it the other day. But yeah it is likely just a client loading issue.

Maybe you tried another nostr client? There are some who break the followed list
