For the last 10+ years I haven't been able to drink milk without having major stomach issues. I still would though from time to time, but I knew I would feel awful in about 20 minutes and spend a lot of time in the bathroom. I figured I became lactose intolerant as I had gotten older. It happens.

Well, I had a small glass of milk two weeks ago and it didn't kill me. I thought it was odd, but no biggie. The next day I had a full glass for an experiment. No issues. Every day this week I've drank a glass and I have been fine.

WTF?

What has changed????? Any healthcare #healthstr ๐Ÿ˜‚ folks have any ideas?

I don't know what has happened to my body but I'm hoping it lasts. I love milk dammit. Oat milk is alright, but I much, much prefer the real thing.

What you know is that some people canโ€™t tell the right time even if their life depends on it.
