Champ meal
Bagna Cauda - A shit ton of anchovies, grated garlic and butter gently cooked together. Add finely chopped nuts and really good olive oil.
Squeeze a lemon in there.
Add chili flakes if you like it hot.
(this is traditionally served with raw veggies.)
Sear the shit out of some lamb - don’t overdue it.
I used this spice mix on it - but it’s great by itself too.

Once rested, slice the lamb and garnish with raw veggies you like.
i used fennel and endive.
Dump all sorts of bagna cauda everywhere.
Say “Not baaaaaad.” like a bleating sheep when you eat it.
