I have a few tips for ya!
Cook all your own meals to avoid processed foods and instead of using cooking oils use animal fats. (I’m happy to share recipes!)
Eat fermented foods and avoid carbs, grains, soy, and excess sugar.
Incorporate a Pilates routine either before or after your run. It doesn’t have to be intense start out with a 7 min one and build.
Drink water mostly & green tea when you need some caffeine.
