there's basically one thing to be said about it, tbh: censorship lovers. those are the people threatening to leave twitter since day #1 after elon era, those who loved to complain about twitter on twitter. now, they finally have the heavy hands of law and censorship backing their choices up and they're happy to obey, all the way more when there's the good old moderation pre-elon style there -- aka... censorship.

Agreed but it’s also their choice right? People don’t go anywhere, be it online nor in person to have unpleasant experiences. That would be a crap life. People want to experience good experiences. There’s a cost for everything. What’s wonderful is there’s choice for everyone, those that like X how it is, those of us on Nostr and those that went to places like Bluesky & Mastodon. That’s better than cramming people with incompatible values in a space.

in short: as soon as twitter is back to Moraes' grace, they'll all be back to twitter.
Well now we are discussing two different things and different sets of people. Those wanting censorship been left Twitter. The Brazilians that left only did so because of the recent government intervention thus of course they will go back to X once the ban is lifted
