i will check the internet, but all i saw from his book and speeches, i would disagree
Nazi high command was tested at Nuremberg and they all had genius or near genius level IQās. It wouldnāt make sense for a group like that to have a dumb leader. In order to keep command of a group of high IQās you yourself have to be high IQ.

So as far as Iām aware IQ is a measure of cognitive capacity (no mention of genius).
And āGeniusā is a label we give in retrospect, not a measurable trait. (Thatās why I said āsee himā.)
They are the definitions I adhere to.
I agree one can be a genius (Einstein E = mcĀ²) and make bad choices, thatās innately human.
