I really like the way Americans hug πŸ«‚ they really squeeze you and it’s such a warm gesture. British hugs are so awkward and fast.

Ohhh ya πŸ€™πŸΌ

You need a Canadian embrace. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Ooooo I bet you guys have some lovely hugs going on there πŸ₯ΉπŸ«‚πŸ«‚

It gets pretty cold. A warm hug is amazing πŸ€—

This sound lovely πŸ₯ΉπŸ«‚πŸ«‚

Eshara, you are so nice. I'd share my last cookie with you 😁

This is one of the sweetest things anyone has ever said to me πŸ˜πŸ«‚ thank you Rex πŸ«‚πŸ«‚

You miss me, don’t you?

I dooooo πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ«‚πŸ’œ I felt real sad knowing you weren’t in London anymore 😭 American hugs are the best πŸ«‚

πŸ«‚πŸ’œπŸ«‚

Hmm. A hug without meaning is not a hug.

I completely agree πŸ’―πŸ₯Ή Had so many American hugs last week, I miss them πŸ˜πŸ«‚

Someone hug this God!!! Side hugs πŸ«‚ aren’t always the same. Empathy

You'll like my hugs if we ever meet. I am a hug supremacist.

πŸ₯ΉπŸ«‚πŸ«‚ I believe this too πŸ«‚

Try argies! πŸ«‚

Beware, here the proxemics are closer than is usually comfortable for the average european.

I don't make the rules, is a fact (?😹

Another thing Texas does well. A poor Korean girl got hug-PTSD from the shock of just constantly being hugged by complete strangers. "Oh, you're from Korea! I hope you have fun here!" **HUGS MIGHTILY**

I love giving hugs!! Full on hugs, not side hugs. And yes the Korean girl (an exchange student) was a bit traumatized at first, but she said she liked getting hugged by the time she went home.
