Made it 70 days coffee-free until I had a bit before recording a pod — no side effects.

Had some again during back-to-back night shifts, and once more yesterday to fight off sleep at work.

It helped short-term, but the crash after reminded me why I had zero cravings during my streak.

Time to start a new zero-coffee run.

I dropped coffee for 2 weeks, replaced it with tea. I think I'm

slower and I sleep better.

Yeah, not drinking coffee and not rushing through your life have their own merits.
