Paxos, PayPal, Blackrock, etc… whoever it is, the message is the same.
People are actually proposing a method to return the fee to them? Or is it just NPCs making noise?
Maybe just noise. As far as I understand it, Chun already agreed to refund them.
Whats the point in having a network with no chargebacks if we are going to allow chargebacks outside the network anyway?
It appears impossible to stop p2p chargebacks. Policing that feels authoritarian… Chargebacks will have to happen on L3s, L4s+ for merchants, retail returns, contract failures, etc.
