This sounds like you had a bad experience yourself on which you base a vague general statement , or you had no experience at all with makes the statement baseless. There is no “most therapy” as each example of therapy is a unique relationship between the therapist and the person using the therapy. Good therapy aims to undo all the things you listed, and is a useful tool for some aspects of life.

This sounds like you don’t have as good or clear of an understanding of the cultural zeitgeist as I do. Glad you had a good experience in therapy though.
Regardless if you feel you have a good understanding of the zeitgeist or not, generalisation as a way of seeing the world is rarely helpful long term. Don’t trust (someone else’s opinion), verify (for yourself). 🧘🏻♀️

found out that i need mentors and coaches instead of a therapists and psychologists tbh
regular ranting and trauma dumping is not good for you
need guidance, inspo and tips and tricks on how to succeed
