Good morning Nostr.

Having a solid morning routine is crucial for peak performance. I've noticed a drastic increase in my energy levels, productivity, mood throughout the day, and even my sleep at night since I started:

-Glass of water immediately, before any coffee

-WHM breathing exercises

-spending a few minutes stretching, using Chirp wheel to roll out any tight spots in my back

-cold shower (plan to get a cold plunge)

-either read or practice a little Spanish with DuoLingo in the time remaining before leaving for work

What's the single most significant thing you've added to your morning routine??
