Why are young people incapable of using links to sources?
I read the #EO. Basically it is putting cbdc on hold while buying reserves and further testing stable coins.
The fact is that the fed wants cbdc, there are many things to sort out yet, and the new puppet needs to sound trust worthy.
Not that I like XRP but what of those words in the photo indicates that XRP is a CBDC
Looks good, but is "cbdc" legally defined? Failing to legally define terms is how so many unhealthy foods get to advertise themselves as healthy. Need to ban all the attributes of a cbdc, that way we can force it in court, no matter who makes it.
