Almost all large industrial companies are the same right now, tho.
The government is indifferent. They can always print money.
We're fine, tho. Very financially stable and hardly any running costs.
We’ve recently let people go at our place so know what the atmosphere is.
Yeah. Whole country has that atmosphere, now. Layoffs at one company, short-work at another, and the third is closing or refusing contracts because of lack of staff.
It's been confirmed with videos of chocolate bars being cut that you end up with the same bar plus some more. So it's probably fine.
Tell him it’s not a bad thing to be pro active. Tell him to search job postings like ten minutes at a time, at least twice a day while he’s doing other shit. Just to get the juices flowing and combat the negative vibes
Also be supportive and positive. Men are very sensitive when it comes to our jobs, I don’t speak for younger generations, but it’s probably bothering him more than he’s letting you know, so don’t take his silence as he’s totally fine.

Due to moronic energy policies the economy is going to only get worse in Germany unfortunately. No investment in tech. Instead some fiat startups larping with “one app for everything” and similar big brain ideas, eating up capital making nothing. As I see it today Germany’s best short term bet is weed. let people sell weed, cheap and easy to get licenses. So coffee shops spring up all over the country, dethrone Amsterdam bring tourists from all over the world.
Probably the government plan, TBH. 😂
