I actually meant people CEX and DEX referral invite codes, so people earn money the same way the crypto influencers on Twitter do🤷♂️. It’s bound to happen. You get a cut from money invested and or trading volume

Hm I guess affiliate links could make sense for CEXs but for DEXs I don’t know that they’re relevant 🤔 and with the goal to move to DEXs, it wouldn’t be viable for much longer as I hope services like RoboSats and Bisq start to outdo Coinbase and Binance.

Essential Oil

True maybe leveraging this space as a customer base is the way to go. Like Lightning Store. Figuring out what is the tricky part. Maybe the solution is to try several things to see what sticks.
Perhaps someone will create a NostrBay client, or a bot.
Until then your free to open a new persona with it's own key pair as store. Do the experiment and put out the closed sign when it's over.
You'll be limited by trust but even that can be overcome.

What I think about most is how to price products in sats. Do you take the fiat price and convert it? Do you sell it for less, because you want to further adoption?
Good questions. I think it depends on your margins and shipping costs.
If your shipping only locally; local pricing might work. The downside is that it lacks confidence in #bitcoin in the eyes of some.
If not, then price in #sats and change your pricing periodically if there's a huge swing. Be careful with shipping.
I suppose a customer might pm the order and address, and you return a lightening request.
I think all of that can be worked out, what service or product will be the key to determining how you work then out.
Also a good point. If the product or service offered is a small one time payment then I’d likely price in sats. Otherwise I’d still do a fiat conversion (likely with a smaller margin).
Just to limit your liability you could create a window of opportunity and limit exposure.
For example:
Widgets for sale: 1000000 sats + shipping
Offer good for the next hour;while supplies last.
You could review and renew your ad throughout the day. Much like old time brick and mortar stores had to maintain appearance.

Not at all. You sell it for less because you're trustworthy. You posted it: you honor it. It's the benefit of a good name. Keep your margins wide if you can. Always deal fairly with the consumer, you want them to come back.
And here your selling in public, with a long public record. So watch your reputation.
