Proof of work.

Cutting and vacuum-packing 6 lamb took 2 hours and 30 minutes for two persons. One was a pro butcher.

Grinding, rendering suet, making bone broth and cleaning took another full day of work.

An absolute bargain. All grass fed animals. Quality couldn’t be much better.
