But if you want some extra assurance, there is another way forward. I don't remember if Amethyst has the option, but many clients allow you to see the list of relays that any particular Nostrich is using. If you're game to play around, you might want to dig through the profiles of a few people you follow, see which relays they have in common, and then ensure you're connecting to all those relays, just as extra insurance for the future.
