Why not, doesn't even have to be mweb.
The LTC address you use won't be tied to your XMR stash.

Yeah, but I like mweb because it is still much better privacy than regular onchain ltc
Meh I only use services that either take Monero, or they only take Bitcoin, like Proton (but xmrbazaar is replacing that also so I can just use XMR), so I don't have a use for swapping on-the-go to LTC tbh, just monero and leave some btc/ln separate for the rest
I haven't seen anyone accepting Litecoin mweb so far
