Nope… just had to look it up. Sounds like a great dish with these herbs 🤗 let me know if your guests liked it!
Maybe I’ll try in a raw version with sprouts ☺️
Mmm I’ve got some sun flower sprouts here im going to add as a topper. Thanks for the idea!
I knew you were vegan and thought you may be into this one. Didn’t realize you went entirely raw - how are you finding it?
Thank you for asking 🫂💜I used to be vegan for around 15 years… and raw vegan since 1,5 years now. But this spring I started eating once in a while some steamed potatoes…and lately also tofu. Not on a daily base, but I do enjoy these two adding to my raw diet. Eating completely raw makes me feel much better though. Important thing was to learn eating bigger portions.
I’m feeling so good, since I eat no grains anymore…and no cooked legumes etc. Just in form of sprouts.
Loving it so far 😍
Oh that’s fantastic! I’m all about finding what makes your body feel best. Way to venture out and explore raw cuisine. It’s not very common around here! There’s clearly a lot of time and learning put behind your food choices 💜
Yes, for many of us it's not easy to really eat only what Mother Earth provides us with, without giving in to cravings when passing by the bakeries, or suddenly feeling hungry, etc. It's really about reflecting, feeling what’s good for yourself, not feeling. And by being asocial, because you choose different…Ultimately, I think the less processed and as fresh as possible, the better for our living being 🤗
