Media and NOSTR notes are not explicitly linked, which is why you'll see media servers like nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 often mentioned.

If you have a public facing server or cloud provider such as Dropbox, Google or Apple, then any linked media will show inside NOSTR notes.

If you don't have access to any public facing media server, then I can highly recommend nostr.build mentioned above.
