Nah I accidentally opened an old wallet app and I think it wiped out my following and relays

metadata.nostr.com is a lifesaver. I've used it more than once to restore my profile after some client has rudely wiped all my relay settings and profile content.
It saved me this time after to tried restoring agin. Definitely a lifesaver
