I occasionally use Monero because it offers utility to me that bitcoin does not.
When I am able to shield the recipient and amount on Bitcoin I will have no further use for Monero.

L-BTC only hides amounts. The transaction graph is still completely visible. It is also a permissioned network.
Monero is superior privacy and permissionless
