We need some caching layers for zaps on Amethyst. My zap count is 21 but yesterday it was 121.
Clearly there is an eventual consistency problem, but maybe a private note can act as a cache to help determine whether we have full or partial data?

Gotta also figure out how to help people understand which relay is not sending the data that's missing.
