i just unfollow everyone monthly and refollow everyone following me. its not a perfect fix but it gets rid of people i dont want to follow. it takes 5 - 10 mins

Is there a fast way to unfollow everyone?

i havent found one. but if you use the iris client you can quickly follow everyone who follows you.
