Cloudy days still have broad spectrum light and are much healthier than most modern indoor lighting which is too blue and tells our body clocks it is 12 noon perpetually 😊

No problem 🙂 I’ve been teaching myself about circadian rhythms and biophysics for the last 1.5 yrs. I believe it is major missing piece of modern healthcare. And a huge part of the chronic disease problem.
