Yeah there are maybe a dozen people on Nostr who are monero enjoyers. But this a global platform for people interested in cryptography and freedom. It is a purpose-built protocol to attract that type of person and monero representation is still tiny.

Even on Nostr no successful vendors that I’m aware of want or accept monero. It’s totally irrelevant sans the 5 clowns who spend all of their finite time arguing about monero with bitcoiner’s on Nostr. Very pathetic way the xmr boys of Nostr spend their life.

In the actual world I’ve never heard a single person mention monero once. And I’ve heard many mentions of other shitcoins over the years. I personally know 3 people who have adopted bitcoin properly and use it as well.
