My problem was i stopped tracking for awhile and weight started going up again. Lesson learned.

I thought i could just ballpark it since i got used to my schedule. I was wrong.
Got it. I weigh all my food at home (which is about 95% of my meals), even on days when I bump up calories after a brutal leg day. I like having everything tracked.
