From the time you decide that you, your wife, your nearly 3 year old boy, and your 3 week old baby are going to get in the car to go pick up coffee and breakfast, to the time you are actually IN the car ready to go… is roughly 1.5 hours. Prepare accordingly.
Now make that 3 week old baby 2 x 3 week old babies, and that's where I was 3.5 years ago.
