I was thinking about that too. Before PC's came out kids used to be more active and outdoors. And then of course came all the video gaming consoles...

Even kids not into sports used to get really into stuff like riding their bike/skateboard/boy scouts etc...now screen hypnotism is huge.

Not just kids. adult cube farms not so possible without PC's.

I was terrified of desk job as a kid and still ended up wasting 30 years at a desk. Although I am in good shape due to other habits.

True. Those screens work really addicting. That’s also why going outside feels so good… we should all do that more and let computers and AI do more of the necessary work.
