I've seen many profiles complaining that they can't reply to posts because they are unverified and claiming it's unfair.

I suspect many of these profiles are part of deep state propaganda bot farms that have tried to manipulate narratives and interfered in past U.S. elections.

There are also many legitimate profiles like mine that don't have a subscription, but I fully support this excellent move by X. Everyone should change their settings to only allow paid subscription profiles to reply to their posts. This would massively lower spam.

It's time to clean up the platform and remove the so-called "influencers" whose true identity is that of propagandists.
