This error is annoying af, only get it with nostr accounts on Wallet of Satoshi connections.
you can send it if you know the npub 🤨
I see good post and push zap on #Amethyst, I do not want to go search for npubs, it should work and does work with one press of zap icon, except with nostr users that have wallet of Satoshi lightning addresses.

Do you run your own node? Behind For? Or is your #nostr app on TOR? I often have had this WoS problem. It hates Tor
