As a recovering doomer, I agree. However I never would have understood Bitcoin if I didn’t first become a doomer. For me it was peak oil fears. That led me to permaculture and gold and gold gave me a sound money foundation that helped me connect the dots for Bitcoin. So take that black pill first if that’s what you need (you cringy little doomers).
But why display hope, decency and action when you can display helplessness at the inevitability of our demise?
I just take this personally. Doom: The Dark Ages is one of the best in the franchise and I'm gonna play it no matter what anybody says 🤪

Absolutely. Know people that are so bitcoin-aligned but will never get it because they’re too doomer.
They secretly love their doomer cuck security blanket too much to nut up and take real agency over their life.
It's still a better time to be alive today, on average, than any other point in human history. And anyone who's here, on Nostr, is probably in the "gets it" club w/r/t lots of important things.
But (controversial take here) CO2 in the atmosphere is a problem we have to work on.
