For example strfry relays do this very well and we just so happen to have a public strfry relay on YEGHRO https://nostrpub.yeghro.site is one of these relays. Our prive relay-https://nostrelay.yeghro.site is a nostream relay you can add if you want a more clean feed with minimal spam as it is a paid relay.

You'll need to find a good balance. You'll never completely get rid of spam but relay devs are doing a great job getting very close to it and adding some paid relay to your list will help tremendously.
