I love fermented garlic too. Fill a jar with garlic cloves leaving room at the top. Make a brine by dissolving 1/2 teaspoon of natural salt for each cup of water. Fill up garlic jar to just cover cloves with brine, but not the whole jar. Let it sit in a dark cabinet for 3 or so weeks. Vent it every day. Voilà the brine makes a wonderful medicine and can use the garlic as you would regular garlic. Great to keep prepared year round for any colds or flus too. Full of minerals and probiotics. 🤙🏼
