Capital management is the most important job of a founder/business owner.

If you aren’t getting a positive return on capital without supplementation, it’s not a viable business [yet].

And if you aren’t getting the best possible positive return, there’s room for improvement. Everything has tradeoffs.

And given the fact dollars are pumped into the system like a patient on life support (quite literally), many fiat businesses aren’t getting a positive return on capital without said supplementation.

You lost me at foregone.

In reality I have no idea what Abraham Lincoln sounded like. But I read this in his voice.
