Another issue is that the translation features of websites/apps are also often lacking or bad...
So, as many Brazilians only speak Portuguese, they end up not being able to communicate with anyone who speaks English on Nostr.

Damus also has choices but for the purple subscribers still the best expierence but I doubt that people from Brazil will pay for it 
Yeah most people don't know how to use bitcoin it's a long road, I also dislike apple.
Don't fix it. Amethyst's translation engine is much worse than Google Translate, it makes a lot of mistakes and in many cases confuses Portuguese with Galician, making the translation even worse or translating even when it is already in the native language.
Many don't realize it, but there are language bubbles on Nostr due to the difficulty or lack of translation.

#Amethyst translations getting better and better.. I think it's just about time and clients translations will be maybe batched and integrated with some AI. That would be game changer probably
Portoghese english speaker should help, and I am sure they will.. we are just early.
